Tika The Iggy and Her Fashion Tour is a book by well known dog influencer Tika The Iggy. The illustrated book follows Tika’s journey accross different countries on her travels showcasing a variety of different fashion choices. Karlie had the honour to illustrate this book with a total of 13 illustrations, as well as the book’s front and back covers, and the creation of text pages and little chime images to go with each text. Available in french and english.

The book cover was designed after the images of the book in order to convey the essence of the project. The intention was to represent Tika The Iggy as she was preparing for the departure of a fashion tour with many suitcases and trying to fit all her beautiful styles into her luggage.

Illustrations for Tika The Iggy
The illustrations were designed for each specific tour location, as well as her clothing. Mood boards were provided to know exactly what Tika was wearing and what setting she was to be located in. Then we did some concept work and line drawing, and after approval of those, we moved into colour.
